I am happy to welcome you in my Private Practice for Psychotherapy, Counseling and Mindfulness.
In these difficult times most of us feel especially strained and it becomes difficult to regulate our emotions.
Though we might not want to admit it, a lot of things seem to become ever more difficult to handle – this is where therapeutic support helps you to regain your inner balance and find your mindfulness.
Be it in my practice in the heart of Munich, in a video session where you feel at ease or even on the phone – you can talk to me privately and confidentially about what is wearing you down, and feel accepted just as you are.
Especially in times of crisis or new beginnings, it is good to have someone at your side. Difficult questions can be clarified better if they can be discussed.
I like to accompany you in difficult life changes towards more lightness, serenity, self-esteem.
“Full catastrophe living” – this description of mindfulness seems to me the most striking and fitting in our time and world. Jon Kabat-Zinn, the professor of medicine who researched and proved the efficiency of the practice of mindfulness, chose this as a title for one of his books. Mindfulness helps us to become aware of our life to its full extent – thereby making it more comprehensible, and ultimately better. Be it for stress reduction, prevention of a burn-out, or coping with pain: I am happy if you allow me to accompany you on a mindful path in your life!
If you think that I could help you with your challenge, feel free to make an appointment for a first getting-to-know-each-other session. To make an appointment, you can give me a call or send me an e-mail. (If you cannot get a hold of me immediately, please leave a message and I will call you back as soon as possible.)
Then we can meet in my centrally located practice or via online video or phone.
In this first session we will start to get to know each other and will see if and how I can be of help to you. After our first meeting, you decide if you want to arrange for another session or not. You don’t have to feel obligated to do anything.
One counseling session lasts 50 minutes and costs 140 Euros.
If you would like to, we can also arrange for longer sessions. That is often sensible to be able to focus more on mindfulness methods, for example in case of a burn out, but also for other issues.
It is also possible to book pure mindfulness sessions. I also offer group courses for mindfulness trainings. If you are looking for such an offer with a group of friends or for your company, please get in contact with me.
My bright and airy practice is located just south of Munich’s downtown area, in Isarvorstadt, at grade level.
Zenettistr. 41 is less than 5 minutes by foot from the underground station “Poccistraße” (U3/U6).
You can park your car with a “Parkschein” (pay and display ticket) in the street.
In addition to this, my experience as a course leader for varying topics like stress management and parent trainings around burn-out prevention in everyday life are very valuable to me.
Stress as a research topic has been interesting to me for a long time: In 1998 I wrote about the state of research regarding the origin and the consequences of stress for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). If you like to, you can read it – and have a look at the brave 90s design – here: Stress – The Mystery Factor of Health?
Accompanying my clients and the participants of my seminars fills me with great joy!
By visiting my homepage you already took the first step. I am looking forward to taking the next step together!
